Photo Essay: Rohr Lake

As the days lengthen and the snow starts to melt, I start looking forward to spring days spent in the mountains at alpine lakes. The green of the surrounding meadows, and the blue of the water is a photographers dream. In BC in particular we are spoiled with a plethora of lakes to explore. I am constantly hearing about new lakes I want to check out and take visits too. Rohr was one of these lakes. I had heard about it once, but it wasn’t until some friends invited me to go on a hike that I realized how close and accessible it was. Spent a rainy day up there last spring, and as the days warm I’m getting excited to get back out and explore more.
